Hisham Jabi has been leading large-scale public and private initiatives in international development in the Middle East and in the United States since 1993.
Mr. Jabi's area of expertise is Youth Development, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Service Learning and Community Service. He launched MABCO as one of the leading information technology companies in the Middle East and grew its business to millions of dollars from 1994 to 2000.
In 2001, Mr. Jabi received the President Clinton Scholarship to pursue a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Peter Drucker School of Management and Claremont Graduate University in Southern California. While in California, he launched Jozoor NGO to provide entrepreneurship training and microfinance funding for Arab youth in rural areas.
In 2004, he launched and directed Ruwwad project to provide leadership, livelihood and civic engagement support for Palestinian Youth. Ruwwad is a $25 million USAID-funded project that is considered by many as a successful youth development model in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Currently, Mr. Jabi is a Senior Associate leading MSI’s efforts in the areas of positive youth development and Knowledge Management for the MENA region.
