Welcome

By Bandana Pattanaik on Monday, June 13, 2011

We are just a week away from the World Justice Forum 3. Now that registrations and other formalities are done all of you must be getting ready to be in Barcelona.

I will be moderating the project design sessions on human trafficking and wanted to make an initial contact with those who have signed up for this theme. It would be great if we can talk a little during this week and agree on possible sub themes.

Let us keep in mind that we would be focusing specifically on issues related to human trafficking and the rule of law. so topics such as the trafficked person's access to justice, prosecution of traffickers, discriminatpry legisaltions that might be fuelling rather than stopping human trafficking are just some examples of what we could discuss. I am sure you would have many more ideas based on your own work. Read more »
