Hello everyone, I am Arundhuti. I run a not-for-profit organisation in Bangalore, India called Mentortogether. We started in Nov 2009. We provide structured mentoring programmes for disadvantaged youth in India.  Our volunteer mentors come in to fill gaps in social and academic support structures and facilitate the expansion of valued capabilities in mentees. Since May 2010, I have been running an intensive action-research mentoring project with 20 young destitute girls residing in a Government Home. We plan to scale up in 2011 based on the learnings from our pilot projects. Read more »
